Zlatan Ibrahimovic has re-signed for Manchester United on a one-year contract.
The Swedish superstar is still recovering from a serious knee injury which cut short
his debut season at Old Trafford in April after 28 goals in 46 games.
“I am back to finish what I started,” said Ibrahimovic, who will wear the No 10 shirt formerly in Wayne Rooney’s possession. “It was always mine and the club’s intention for me to stay.
Jose Mourinho said: “We are delighted Zlatan is on the road to recovery and we are equally delighted to have his ambition and experience back with us.
