Manchester United slap ban on Paul Pogba
Manchester United supporters continue to fret about central midfielder Paul Pogba and when he will return to action.
In recent hours there have been a couple of updates on Pogba’s hamstring injury.
Pogba last played on September 12, 2017, but was forced off with a hamstring injury during the 3-0 win over Basel in the Champions League.
Manchester United have won all five games in the absence of Paul Pogba.
Paul Pogba posts injury update on Instagram
Late on Tuesday evening, with the international break in full swing, Paul Pogba posted a video update on his recovery on Instagram.
The Manchester United midfielder posted a clip of exercises with the following tag line:
“Bruce Lee style !! Wouaaaa tchaaaaaa #recovery”.
Unfortunately for Manchester United fans there was no update on how long Pogba will be out for.
Initially, it was thought Pogba could miss around three weeks of the season. In recent days there has been speculation that could extend to three months.

On Wednesday, The Sun report that Manchester United have banned Paul Pogba from playing basketball.
According to the tabloid, “Manchester United’s medical staff feel Pogba’s obsession with shooting hoops could aggravate his hamstring problem.”
Rob Maul adds: “United fear that 6ft 5in Pogba, 24, is at risk of muscle strain as well as stress impact on his knees and ankles caused by playing basketball in his down time.”
Playing basketball on a regular basis appears to have contributed to Pogba’s latest hamstring injury.
Pogba out until December at least
According to The Sun, this will keep Pogba out until December at least.
Pogba is currently in the USA as he bids to recover from his hamstring injury.
Over the past few summers, Pogba has treated his social media followers to videos of him playing basketball, with great mate Romelu Lukaku.
