Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin spotted at Marriage License Courthouse
Ahead of their dream wedding, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been spotted at Marriage License Courthouse in New York City.
This is coming after Hailey Baldwin gushed about her engagement earlier this month, during an interview with Stellar magazine. “I’m beyond excited,” she said, noting that the negative criticism hasn’t affected her. “I have learned to just try my best to ignore the negativity at this time so that I can enjoy this season of my life.”
In the photo obtained by TMZ, the lovebirds were spotted walking hand-in-hand into the building. For the occasion, Baldwin, 22, opted for a white ensemble while Bieber, 24, wore a striped shirt and dark pants.
A source also told TMZ that Justin Bieber told a court official, “Thanks for keeping it on the DL.”
While the Marriage License Courthouse appearance certainly raised eyebrows, a friend of Bieber tells PEOPLE the couple’s wedding is still in the works.
“They have hired a wedding planner and have been looking at venues,” ” the friend says. “The plan for now is to have a real wedding.”
However multiple reports claims that marriage licenses in New York are valid beginning 24 hours after it’s issued, and until 60 calendar days from that date. That means if Bieber and Baldwin did indeed obtain a marriage license, they could tie the knot anytime between Friday and Nov. 13.
“Justin is really in love with Hailey. He loves that she is super chill and down to do anything,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in August. “Hailey has calmed Justin down a lot and has changed him as a man. He thinks she is forever and considers her as his best friend and soulmate.”
